Preferences
AutoTransportPlus.com provides you with a number of ways to customize your account.
These include:
- Look/Feel – Upload your logo and toll free number for your visitors to see
your brand.
- Email — Customize your automated emails for quotes, drip campaign’s, quote
follow-ups, order confirmation, payment confirmation, and confirmation of dispatched
orders.
- Automated BOL — Create your own dispatch terms & conditions.
- Credit Card Payments — Update your credit card payment gateway to allow your
customers' credit card charges to be processed via AutoTransportPlus.com.
- Leads — Add a new lead source with just a few keystrokes.
- Set Default Values — Set default values for such things as required deposit
amounts, sales commissions, and number of days until a quote expires.
Customers, Accounts, & Terminals
Keep a list of the customers, accounts, and terminals with which you do business.
Easily update and search this list online. Allow each customer, account, or terminal
to log into their online account or download the mobile app to see the status/location
of their shipments in real time. Creating an order for a repeat customer is incredibly
fast as you click on a drop down to select the shipper, as well as input the pickup
and delivery locations.
Customizable Dashboard & Reports
Your customizable Dashboard and Reports allows you to obtain carrier and customer
payables/receivables, view sales activity by salesperson or lead source, view upcoming
tasks from each department within your company, see all active orders and their
status, assign tasks to staff members, and more. Our export tools will allow you
to export any report created as an excel or csv file that can quickly be imported
to your preferred accounting system.
Users
The completely customized User Section allows you to manage users by providing them
with a password and assigning individual privileges such as permission to access
customer files, view lead sources, view just their leads or all leads, quotes and
orders, and more. You can also chose to select the type of user they are - Admin/Sales/Dispatch/Accounting
- and the system will set the permissions for you.
Leads & Quotes
Auto Transport Plus™ will streamline the process of receiving, quoting and following
up on leads — regardless of whether you receive them via phone, email, or fax. Auto
Transport Plus™ can accept leads and detect duplicates from any 3rd party source
— including your own website! The call center grade auto-dialer allows you to get
to every lead within minutes of hitting the system. Each sales rep can easily manage
their leads in Auto Transport Plus™. Pricing for each lead is automated and a personalized
email is sent to the potential customer. Close more business through our Sales Customer
Relationship Management (SCRM) functionality, which ensures proper management and
flow of every lead.
Automated Quoting
Automated Quoting allows you to easily setup pricing that truly reflects how vehicle
shipments are priced. Our internal team constantly updates the pricing engines to
reflect our best estimate as well as having Global editing tools that will allow
you to update all lanes going in or out of a particular zip code or region, thereby
simplifying the management of constantly fluctuating prices. Automated Quoting will
automatically price and send a personalized initial quote email to 100% of every
incoming lead. The increased speed of response time has been proven to increase
closing ratios.
Orders
Convert your quotes into orders with our call center grade auto dialer which ensures
that you get to the leads within minutes of receiving them into the system, or simply
let your customers place their orders using the link you send them with their instant
quote. Manage your orders by accepting payments, posting automatically to the load
board, and dispatching to carriers - all within the Customer Service (CRM) and all
without having to reenter pickup and delivery information! Automated reminder and
follow up emails allow you to truly stay on top of every single order start to finish.
Carriers
Maintain your carrier list and/or use one of the more than 2,000 approved carriers
within our software platform. Each carrier has their own username and passcode that
will allow you to efficiently communicate with digital acceptance of orders, digitally
signed documentation (Contracts/BOL’s), and instant in the field status updates.
Manage your carriers with detailed information about their insurance certificates,
DOT files, Truck/Driver information, and internal/external customer rating system.
Loads
View available loads or post available space via list or mapping format. Accept
available loads instantly to your profile without having to make a phone call to
see if it is still available. Our Mobile Application allows you to view where available
loads and spaces are in real time based on a unique Global Position Tracking (GPT)
system. Whether you’re looking for a load or looking for available space, it’s all
done in real time.
